HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
This is Dalmally’s very own all-ability Hyrox-style event and will be happening on the 8th June and I can’t wait! Make sure you get the date in your diary and encourage your pals to join us all.
The Entry Fee is just £15.00 and includes all the Event Activities, refreshments and a Goodie Bag!

These are the perfect start to your fitness journey. Book 4 weekly 1 hour workouts at just £27.00 per session. Part of this offer includes working out detailed meal plans as well as tailored training programs to meet your health and fitness goals.
