Special training sessions designed specifically for Mum and Baby. We can do individual, just you and your baby, or group sessions to include your friends and their children. Either way, bring your little one with you and get the chance to train knowing that your baby is in a safe and welcoming environment.
Whatever package works best for you we’ll start with a free assessment of where your fitness is now and think about how to build on more strength and fitness for you.
